Job Title: Station Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Leverage Bellagio Airline’s brand equity as a reliable value carrier at the airport level.
- Ensure operational efficiency and achieve stipulated turnaround times with an average monthly on-time performance (OTP) target set by management.
- Deliver superior customer service by ensuring station staff comply with Bellagio Air customer service standards, are adequately trained, and are effective in service recovery.
- Maintain adherence to safety standards by all staff, including third-party service providers and ramp drivers/vehicles.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as reflected in the approved Airport Services Manual, addressing audit findings through corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as the Contact Centre, Security, Facilities & Logistics, Commercial Department, and third-party service providers for seamless daily operations.
- Optimize ticket sales and ancillary services on assigned routes.
- Conduct monthly strategic meetings to achieve performance indicators, including monthly KPIs for OTP, ancillary revenue, and ticket sales.
- Regularly review airport operations processes and provide recommendations to the Head of Ground Operations for enhancing customer experiences.
- Participate in recruitment activities and conduct timely staff evaluations to ensure new hires align with the company culture.
- Identify and mitigate gaps in processes to prevent fraudulent activities at the airport.
- Ensure compliance with all assignments from the Head of Ground Operations (HOG).
- Share insights and analytics with HOG to increase revenue via ticket sales and ancillaries at airports.
- Adhere to the allocated budget for the station, suggesting cost-efficiency measures to HOG.
- Display the ability to execute Bellagio Air’s Emergency Response Plan in case of incidents/accidents.
- Ensure manpower availability for effective station functioning with a focus on cross-utilization of the team.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Creative and proactive personality with a “can-do” attitude.
- Experience in delivering company KPIs.
- Time flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Understanding of civil aviation authority regulations and IATA ground handling concepts.
- Airside safety awareness; IATA certification is advantageous.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in compliance & quality management as a Quality Auditor or similar.
- Advanced computer skills and attention to detail.
- 3+ years of experience in airline ground operations and/or ground handling, preferably in a supervisory role.
