Responsibilities
- Analyze data to anticipate future material needs.
- Compile orders to replenish stock, ensuring optimal inventory levels and avoiding shortages or surplus.
- Monitor the monthly store budget to ensure adequacy, timely completion, and price adherence.
- Ensure stock adequacy across all business sites to meet direct and anticipated customer demand.
- Lead fortnightly and mock stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the accurate and timely posting of Goods Received Vouchers (GRV) and Stock Issue Vouchers (SIV).
- Address and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Implement improved security and storage procedures to minimize loss and theft.
- Monitor stock levels to optimize inventory and prevent variances.
- Collaborate with procurement and other staff to achieve business goals.
- Ensure 100% material issuance.
- Maintain a minimum stock level of 1 week and a maximum stock level of 3 weeks.
- Oversee all activities related to store inventory control.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Salary: N100,000 per month.
