Responsibilities
- Accurately record stock information
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly stock-taking processes
- Update the stock book regularly
- Ensure sufficient stock levels to prevent shortages
- Coordinate product deliveries to branches
- Support recruitment for key stock management roles
- Train departments on stock control best practices
- Manage the company’s stock system
- Promptly distribute products to various branches
- Prevent product damage through proper handling
- Generate and submit stock reports when required
- Safeguard stock and store facilities
- Monitor branch sales before releasing products
- Undertake ad hoc stock and system management projects
Requirements
- A Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1-year experience in stock management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Teamworking and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Age range: 20-40 years
Salary: N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly
