Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to maintain efficient and effective warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, ensuring they match delivery notes and specifications.
- Unpack, label, and store goods in their designated locations within the warehouse.
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and handling of goods.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Ensure that all operations comply with health, safety, and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Accurately record inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure proper documentation using inventory management software.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate deliveries to customers.
- Assist in various warehouse tasks as required to support operations.
Requirements
- BSC or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role such as Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or Inventory Manager.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, logistics teams, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures, with familiarity in inventory management software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and stock management.
- Physical stamina to handle tasks that may require lifting and moving heavy objects.
