Responsibilities:
- Supervise material orders and dispatches, ensuring rational use.
- Receive, inspect, and report discrepancies in deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure continuous availability.
- Monitor and maintain cold chain items per protocol.
- Prepare and label orders for timely dispatch.
- Conduct physical stock counts and report findings.
- Ensure warehouse security and report any incidents promptly.
- Assist in stock reporting and management documentation.
- Process stock requests and manage diesel supplies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- HND in relevant fields.
