We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Purpose
The Store Keeper will manage tasks such as stocking operational materials, maintaining inventory control, and handling related duties to support the efficient functioning of the store.
Duties
- Receive materials into the store after verifying delivery notes and corresponding Purchase Orders (PO).
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, maintain stock levels, and oversee inventory control.
- Prevent unauthorized access to store areas.
- Regularly compare bin card balances with physical quantities.
- Store materials correctly, using appropriate preservation methods to prevent damage.
- Update bin cards and system records accurately.
- Maintain proper records of receipts, issuance, and balances of all items.
- Issue materials according to proper authorization, ensuring the correct quantity and specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 O'Level credits, including Mathematics & English, in not more than two sittings (NABTEB / Trade Test).
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG.

- Be proficient in time management and prioritization.
