Job Title: Mechanical Foreman

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and execute project scope and plans efficiently.
• Inspect equipment, structures, and materials to identify and resolve issues.
• Engage in physical activities like climbing, lifting, and handling materials.
• Facilitate teamwork among group members to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders outside the organization.
• Analyze data to find optimal solutions and solve problems.
• Service, repair, and test mechanical equipment and devices.

Requirements:

• OND in a relevant field with 3 - 5 years of experience.

Skills:

• Installation of equipment and machines to meet specifications.
• Logical problem-solving abilities.
• Equipment selection based on cost-benefit analysis.
• Active listening and teamwork skills.
• Multitasking and organizational prowess.
• Time management and service orientation.
• Mathematical proficiency for problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills.

Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
