XDT Restaurant and Club is a newly established chain of restaurants and clubs in Lagos State, Nigeria. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer satisfaction, offering delicious and healthy meals to satisfy your culinary needs and the best nightlife experience on the mainland.
We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Alagbado, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Set goals for performance and deadlines that align with the company’s plans and vision; communicate these to subordinates.
- Relay information between upper management and employees effectively.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, taking disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Address complaints and resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 per month.
