Job Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will play a crucial role in developing, improving, and fulfilling organizational objectives in procurement and supply management. As part of our leadership team, the successful candidate will manage internal and external procurement stakeholders, lead procurement teams, and develop effective procurement strategies to achieve operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage procurement strategies and supply chain operations in alignment with Oilserv Limited's competitive advantages.
- Develop and implement project procurement and resource plans with key stakeholders.
- Mitigate risks that could impact supply chains and work with stakeholders to ensure ethical practices, including the elimination of bribery, corruption, and fraud.
- Foster effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to best practices and strategy objectives.
- Assess the impact of customs unions, trade areas, and global sourcing opportunities.
- Advise on the impact of tariffs and duties on imports and exports.
- Promote ethical and sustainable procurement practices throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, ideally in the oil and gas sector.
- Engineering background preferred.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- MCIPS Level 6 or equivalent certification.
