Job Summary

The Supply Chain Officer – Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure the seamless and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee procurement activities throughout various project stages, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with company guidelines.

  • Monitor material requisitions, ensuring completeness and expediting any missing information.

  • Establish and enforce delivery schedules for equipment and materials in accordance with project requirements.

  • Analyze and evaluate purchase requisitions to confirm they meet necessary standards.

  • Plan and develop project schedules to optimize procurement timelines and purchase order placements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
