Job Summary
The Supply Chain Officer – Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure the seamless and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee procurement activities throughout various project stages, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.

Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with company guidelines.

Monitor material requisitions, ensuring completeness and expediting any missing information.

Establish and enforce delivery schedules for equipment and materials in accordance with project requirements.

Analyze and evaluate purchase requisitions to confirm they meet necessary standards.

Plan and develop project schedules to optimize procurement timelines and purchase order placements.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in supply chain management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.

Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
