Responsibilities:
- Conduct sustainability audits for suppliers to assess their performance and inform sourcing decisions.
- Analyze raw materials for environmental impact and content assessment.
- Develop and implement product sustainability strategies and programs.
- Stay abreast of emerging sustainability issues, standards, and best practices.
- Enhance sustainability reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage data repositories for effective knowledge management.
- Lead Corporate Sustainability Advisory Board and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or Business Management.
- Professional Certification in Sustainability preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in sustainability.
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Specialized training in data analysis, report writing, or corporate social responsibility advantageous.
