Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sustainability audits for suppliers to assess their performance and inform sourcing decisions.
  • Analyze raw materials for environmental impact and content assessment.
  • Develop and implement product sustainability strategies and programs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging sustainability issues, standards, and best practices.
  • Enhance sustainability reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage data repositories for effective knowledge management.
  • Lead Corporate Sustainability Advisory Board and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or Business Management.
  • Professional Certification in Sustainability preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in sustainability.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Specialized training in data analysis, report writing, or corporate social responsibility advantageous.
