Position: Tax Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, ensure compliance, and oversee the preparation of tax matters within the company.
- Manage tax audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Timely execution of tax compliance obligations, including filing returns and tax payments.
- Conduct regular assessments to pinpoint potential tax exposures and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
- Keep abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations, providing insights on their implications for the company's operations and financial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align tax strategies with overarching business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Mandatory ICAN Certification.
- Proficient in analytical skills with keen attention to detail, adept at identifying tax risks and opportunities.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in tax management or relevant domains.
- Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on the oil & gas, EPC, or construction industries.
