Job Requirements and Preferences

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Experience Required: 6 years
  • Certifications: CPA, Bar Membership, or other relevant credentials may qualify

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated success in managing complex tax issues for non-publicly traded companies, including compliance and consulting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain client networks and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Leadership: Experience in supervising teams, fostering trust, and promoting innovation.
