Job Title: Team Lead, Corrective Maintenance

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prioritize corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and operators to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and review processes and policies to maintain machinery efficiency and safety.
- Conduct performance evaluations for subordinates and provide regular status updates.
- Monitor repair progress to minimize equipment downtime and generate monthly performance reports.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues and root causes.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental guidelines.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Postgraduate or relevant professional qualifications.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in corrective maintenance, particularly in power plant systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Maintenance Management Systems.
