Genesis Cinemas, a premier developer and operator of multiplex cinemas in Nigeria, is part of the Genesis Group, a diversified Nigerian conglomerate founded in 1991. The Genesis Group focuses on hospitality and entertainment with interests spanning Restaurants, Hotels, Industrial Catering, Cinemas, Family Entertainment Centres, and Facility Management.

We are currently recruiting for the position of:

Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead by example to ensure daily guest service is prioritized, motivating the team to deliver exceptional service that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
• Guest Information: Ensure film guides, box office tickets, and promotional materials are readily available to guests.
• Security: Take immediate and firm action on any cash or security breaches, ensuring all staff adhere to protocols.
• Staff Presentation: Ensure all staff are presentable and in correct uniform.
• Training: Oversee the training of cinema staff on guest service standards.
• Communication: Conduct 15-minute morning and evening meetings to communicate goals and updates to staff.
• Disciplinary Review: Daily review of disciplinary matters, working with the Operations Manager (OM) to resolve them.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure all tills are operational and address any issues immediately.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized cinema environment.
• Cash Handling: Follow daily cashing-up procedures and security policies to protect assets and revenue. Resolve any cash discrepancies immediately.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.

Salary

• N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly (Gross)
