Job Opportunity: Team Lead, Treasury Sales

Salary: N500,000 / Month
Responsibilities
- Develop Financial Products: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create innovative fixed deposit and treasury savings propositions tailored for both corporate and individual clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive the generation of new deposit liabilities amounting to N60 million monthly (N180 million quarterly). Note that deposit liquidations/withdrawals from your portfolio will impact your monthly targets based on their transaction date.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Treasury Sales Officers. Each officer will be expected to generate new deposit liabilities between N30-50 million monthly, adhering to the cumulative sales target process.
- Business Development: Execute business development tasks as assigned by senior leadership to expand Vale Finance’s market presence and client base.
