Job Summary
As a Technical Account Manager at InfoWARE Limited, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our diverse clientele. You will oversee the technical implementation of our suite of financial software products, including Brokerage Systems, Portfolio/Fund Management tools, Mobile Apps, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting major FINTECH companies that leverage the InfoWARE platform for their operations. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about technology, customer-centric, and driven to bridge the gap between product development and client success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead new client implementations, ensuring seamless rollouts that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and implementation.
- Become an expert in the technical challenges of product rollouts, developing strategies to mitigate risks during deployment.
- Collaborate with InfoWARE’s CEO, Head of Product, and Head of Software Development to align roll-out strategies and ensure smooth go-live processes.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for clients, including escalation management for complex issues.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Manage post-implementation support, ensuring that clients receive ongoing assistance and satisfaction with InfoWARE’s solutions.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring long-term customer success and retention.
- Take ownership of phased rollouts and project enhancements, ensuring that all deployments run smoothly.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Requirements, Skills, and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or other related Physical Sciences.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the FINTECH industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent researching, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Passion for technology, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to think creatively and offer unique solutions to complex technical issues.
- Experience with managing phased rollouts, project enhancements, and software deployments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
