Job Purpose:
As a Technical Sales Engineer at Oildata, your primary responsibility will be to effectively promote and sell our products and services to clients within the oil industry. You'll need to understand client needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver innovative solutions to drive sales growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Technical Sales Team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of our technologies and services to effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all sales activities and interactions with clients.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Solution Development: Customize solutions and proposals to match client requirements and specifications.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products and services.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
