Job Description
- Identify sales leads and opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of customer activities and plans.
- Communicate sales opportunities and customer activity through efficient use of sales business systems and processes.
- Apply technical expertise to offer solutions, capturing and qualifying sales leads and opportunities in alignment with business needs.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) data, including profiling, stakeholder mapping, visit reports, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with management to set sales goals and create a sales plan that promotes existing products and services while introducing new ones.
- Monitor pricing structures and levels, recommending adjustments to pricing strategies as necessary.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the oil and gas or power industry, including involvement in tender commercial processes.
- Strong sales skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Willingness to travel as required to perform job responsibilities.
