Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of production for assigned programs, from creative development to administrative tasks.
- Plan shooting and production schedules for assigned programs.
- Conceive innovative ideas to enhance quality, content, viewership, and commercial ratings of programs.
- Develop strategies and execute project proposals.
- Collaborate with a team of change agents in project execution.
- Create a media plan, produce content, and implement a digital strategy.
- Apply professional knowledge to maintain the standards and integrity of broadcast authority.
- Ensure all production activities meet required standards and timelines.
- Conduct regular meetings with production crews and stakeholders to track progress.
- Oversee production quality and take responsibility for final ratings.
- Determine program quality, content, guests, and production crew.
- Be available to collaborate with staff on program development and success.
- Benchmark and report on program performance against competitors.
- Provide input across all production areas, including scriptwriting and set design.
- Identify and explore revenue-boosting opportunities within assigned programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a producer.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Deep knowledge of production management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
