Job Responsibilities
As a Teller, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that ensure smooth banking operations and exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Transactions: Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record Maintenance: Keep up-to-date and accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Promote Products and Services: Actively promote and explain bank products and services to customers, contributing to the growth of the bank’s customer base.
- Cash and Account Management: Safeguard and manage cash, ensuring safe handling, proper documentation, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of an HND (Lower Credit) in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role or a relevant field.
