The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring we submit competitive and compliant tenders while building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves aligning tender submissions with the company’s strengths, optimizing profitability, and conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids.
• Ensure compliance with ITT (Invitation to Tender) requirements while maximizing competitiveness.
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to align submissions with market demands.
• Develop strategies to optimize profitability from successful bids.
• Maintain a database of tenders, bids, and agreements for easy access and tracking.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to analyze competition.
• Ensure submitted tenders are commercially sound and technically accurate.

Qualification / Requirements

• B.Sc / HND, M.Sc., MBA in any discipline.
• Proven track record of winning high-value tenders and bids.
• Strong financial, negotiation, and commercial management skills.
• At least 5+ years of experience in tender processes within oil & gas, marine, or construction sectors.
