- Visit the nearest CBT Center to obtain a Green Card and apply for a change of institution to Al-Ma’arif College of Nursing Sciences, Potiskum.
- Submit your POST UTME Screening Form and Printed JAMB Slip confirming your change of institution to the Admission Unit of the College.
