- Full Scholarship: Covers tuition, accommodation, and feeding in the first year for the applicant with the highest UTME score (minimum 300) who chooses Topfaith University as their first choice.
- Board of Trustees (BOT) Entry Scholarship: JAMB/UTME Scores of 280+: 5% scholarship on the first session fee.
- Category B – Student Merit Awards
- Dean’s List Award: 5% tuition fee discount for students with a First Class CGPA at the end of the session.
- BOT Academic Excellence Award: 10% tuition fee discount for students with a 5.0 CGPA at the end of the session.
