Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager to oversee our tour operations, ensuring smooth execution and memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Coordinate with tour guides, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle issues or emergencies during tours.
- Collect client feedback and implement improvements for future tours.
- Manage tour bookings and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Provide pre-tour briefings and support to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using travel booking and management software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tour management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
