- Post-UTME Candidates: Must have participated in the 2024 JAMB Examination with a minimum score of 140.
- Institution Choice: UAES should be your first-choice institution or you must have changed your institution to UAES at a JAMB CBT centre.
- O-Level Results: Ensure your O-level results are uploaded to the JAMB portal and linked to your National Identification Number (NIN). Awaiting results must be uploaded promptly.
- Direct Entry (DE) Applicants: Must possess A-levels, IJMB, OND, HND, BSc, or their equivalents.

Screening Procedure
For the 2024/2025 session, the admission screening will be an internal review. No Post-UTME tests (written or computer-based) will be conducted.
Documents Required for Screening
- Two passport photographs (white background)
- Birth certificate from the National Population Commission
- Age attestation from a parent or guardian
- State or Local Government of Origin certificate
- O-level result certificates (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/CAMBRIDGE)
- A-level, IJMB, OND, HND, or BSc results or transcripts (for DE candidates)
- 2024 JAMB result with correct subject combinations
- Evidence of Change of Institution (if applicable)
- Proof of payment of N2,000 for the Post-UTME form via Remita
- Letter of sponsorship from a parent or guardian
- One white office file
