University of Delta (UNIDEL) Post-UTME 2024/2025: Application Details

The University of Delta (UNIDEL) Post-UTME screening form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available. Established by the Establishment Law of 2021, UNIDEL invites UTME candidates to apply for admission into its various programs. The computer-based screening exercise is scheduled from Wednesday, August 14, 2024, to Friday, August 16, 2024. Registration opens on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, and closes on Friday, August 9, 2024.

Screening Schedule

• Dates: August 14-16, 2024
• Minimum UTME Score: 160+
• Fee: N2,000
• Registration: July 24 – August 9, 2024

• Required Documents: Payment proof, JAMB result, O/Level results, registration form
• Venue: University IT Complex
• Time: 7:30 am

Eligibility

• Minimum UTME score of 160 in the 2024 UTME conducted by JAMB.
• Direct Entry candidates are also eligible.
• Candidates must have chosen the University of Delta Agbor as their first choice or completed the change of institution process.
• A minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects in SSCE, NECO, or GCE O/L examinations, in no more than two sittings.

Registration Instructions

1. Visit the UNIDEL Application Portal.
2. Click on ‘Register for application’ at the top left of the page.
3. Enter your surname, JAMB UTME registration number, and an active email address. Click ‘send credentials to email address.’ Your applicant ID and password will be sent to your email.
4. Open the email and click the confirmation link to display your login details. Click ‘login.’
5. Start the application process by clicking ‘Edit application record’ and provide all required information.
6. Print a copy of the completed form for future reference.

Payment Instructions

1. The screening fee is N2,000.00.
2. Visit the UNIDEL Login Portal.
3. Log in using your username and the password sent to your email.
4. Click ‘Edit application record’ to make payment.
5. Click ‘Add online payment ticket’ at the bottom of the page.
6. Use an ATM-enabled Verve or Master Card from any commercial bank for Interswitch Payment.
7. Click on the Payment ID of the created ticket.
8. Click ‘CollegePAY’ at the top of your page to verify payment details and click ‘Submit’ to proceed.
9. Select your card type (Verve, Visa, or Master Card) and enter your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV2, pin). Click ‘Pay.’
10. Once payment is validated, click ‘submit’ and print your application slip.

• August 14, 2024: Faculties of Computing & Agricultural Science, Basic Medical Sciences (Nursing)

  • Venue: Faculty of Computing, University IT Complex
  • Time: 7:30 am

• August 15, 2024: Faculties of Arts, Education, Environmental & Law, Management Science & Social Sciences, Science, Engineering & DE

  • Venue: Centre of Excellence in IT, University IT Complex
  • Time: 7:30 am

• August 16, 2024: Faculties of Medicine, Basic Medical Sciences (Medical Lab, Public Health, Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Biochemistry, Radiography & Radiation Science)

  • Venue: Centre of Excellence in IT, University IT Complex
  • Time: 7:30 am

Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission.

Requirements for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise

• Print-out of evidence of payment.
• Print-out of JAMB UTME notification of result.
• Print-out of O/Level result(s).
• Print-out of the completed UNIDEL Post-UTME online registration form.

Prohibited Items

• Bags, cellphones, iPads, Walkman, wristwatches, or any other electronic gadgets and extraneous materials are not allowed in the screening hall.
