University of Ibadan (UI) Hostel Accommodation Payment Guide 2023/2024

Steps for Payment of Accommodation Fee:

1. Check Hall Allocation: Visit the Hall Allocation Portal: Log on to UI Hall Allocation from 2:00 pm on Thursday, 23rd May 2024.
2. Log into the Student Portal: Visit the Student Portal: Go to UI Student Portal. Login: Enter your credentials to access your dashboard. View Hall of Residence: Select “My Profile” on your dashboard to view your allocated hall.
3. Make the Payment: Navigate to Fees: Click on “Fees” on the left menu bar, then select “My Fees” and choose “Hall Fee”. Proceed to Payment: Follow the prompts to complete the payment transaction.
4. Print Receipt: After completing the payment: View Transactions: Click on “Fees”, then “Transactions”. Download Receipt: Click “View” to download or print your receipt.
5. Room Allocation: Await Notification: The Hall Warden will allocate you to a specific room in the hall. Wait for notification from the hall regarding this. Check Room Number: Once notified, return to the hall area of the registration portal. View Room Number: Click on “Forms”, then select “Hall” to view your room number. Print Room Number: Print a copy of the room number and present it at the hall as directed by the Hall Warden.

Important Reminders:

• Payment Period: Ensure you complete the payment within the specified period (23rd May to 7th June 2024).
• Follow Instructions: Carefully follow all instructions provided by the Hall Warden and the student portal.
• Print Receipts and Forms: Keep printed copies of your payment receipts and room allocation forms for verification.
