Screening Schedule
The JUPEB screening will take place over three days, from Wednesday, October 2, to Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Multipurpose Hall on the UNILAG campus. The screening will run daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is crucial that you ensure your name appears on the UNILAG JUPEB Admission List before attending the screening. Preparing for the Screening Exercise
To ensure a smooth screening process, please follow these steps:

Log in to the UNILAG Student Portal
- Use your Application Number as your Username and your Surname in lowercase as your Password.

Update Your Biodata Form
- Ensure that your name matches those on your Birth Certificate, NIN, and O’Level Statement of Result.

Print Out the Biodata Form
- After updating, print the form for submission during the screening.

Special Cases
- If you are a child of a staff member or a retired staff from UNILAG or LUTH, visit the HRMD Office at the Senate House to update your details.

Return to the Portal
- After updating your information, print the updated Biodata Form again.
Steps to Complete Before Screening
Before attending the screening, ensure you have completed the following:
- Print Your Provisional Admission Letter from the portal.
- Review and Accept the Acceptance Letter conditions.
- Generate the Pay Advice to make a payment of N28,500 for the Acceptance Fee and ID Card Fee.
- Sign Your Letter of Acceptance after payment is made.
Documents Required for the Screening Exercise
On the day of the screening, be sure to bring the following documents:
- NIN Slip
- Offer of Admission Letter
- Signed Acceptance Letter and Evidence of Payment
- Birth Certificate
- Secondary School Testimonial
- O’Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
- Reference Letter from a Clergy, Imam, Lawyer, or Senior Public Servant
Make sure to bring both the original copies and two photocopies of each document.
Payment of Tuition Fees
Following the screening, return to the student portal to generate the Pay Advice for your tuition fees. Please note that you must pay at least 50% of the Total Tuition Fee before lectures begin.
