UTME Candidates: You must have taken the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 140. Note that certain courses may have higher score requirements.

Direct Entry Candidates: You should possess a Lower Credit/Merit in a Diploma, 9 points in NCE/IJMB, or a Second Class Lower Division from an accredited institution.

How to Submit Your UNIMAID Post UTME Application
The application window opens on Monday, 19th August 2024, and closes on Saturday, 12th October 2024. A non-refundable application fee of ?2,000, excluding bank charges, is required.
Detailed Application Procedure

Initial Login: Visit the UNIMAID Post UTME portal and use your UTME Number as both your username and password. Remember that these details are case-sensitive.

Provide Contact Information: Enter a functional email address and phone number before moving on to the payment section.

Payment Instructions: You will be redirected to the REMITA platform. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank deposit.
- Card Payment: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered phone and email for transaction completion.
- Bank Payment: Generate a payment slip with an RRR number and make your payment at any bank.

Payment Verification: After payment, return to your dashboard to confirm that the payment has been verified.

Complete Personal Information: Your name and selected course will be displayed. Fill out your biodata and next of kin details.

Academic Qualifications: Enter your O’ Level results, indicating the number of sittings (up to two). Direct Entry candidates must also provide information about their higher education qualifications.

Document Upload: Scan and upload all required documents, including your O’ Level results and any higher education certificates.

Review and Submit: Carefully check all your entries for accuracy. Once verified, click the ‘Submit’ button.

Completion Confirmation: A confirmation message will appear, signifying that your application has been successfully submitted.
After the Application Process
After submitting your application, there is no need for physical screening or an aptitude test. Your admission status will be communicated through the CAPS portal, so please ensure your O’ Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS website.
