Job Title: Vendors Management Officer

Job Overview

As a Vendors Management Officer, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining relationships with our vendors. Your responsibility will be to ensure the effective performance and compliance of vendors while supporting procurement and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the vendor selection process and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve the best value for the organization.
  • Track and assess vendor performance and quality to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of vendors and manage vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet vendor-related operational needs and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Must possess a BSc/HND in Accounting or Economics.
  • Applicants must be female for gender diversity and balance.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with a maximum of 2 years post-graduation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
