Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build and manage the wealth management team, developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Sales Channel Expansion: Identify, expand, and maintain new sales channels to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Attract and retain high-net-worth clients, providing them with tailored investment products that align with their financial goals and the company's objectives.
- Training and Development: Oversee the training and daily operations of the wealth management team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a related discipline.
- Industry Experience: Over 3-5 years of experience in selling financial products (bank deposits, funds, insurance, etc.) with a preference for candidates with experience in banks, wealth institutions, and Internet finance.
- Management Skills: Proven experience in team management, employee relations, and strong coaching skills.
- Client Maintenance Ability: Demonstrated success in attracting and maintaining high-net-worth clients, with excellent client development and retention skills.
- Personal Qualities: High degree of self-motivation and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently and apply entrepreneurial thinking to achieve team performance goals.
Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 Monthly (with commission).
