Job Description

Pathway Asset Management Limited (PAM) is recruiting for the position of Wealth Officer. As a Wealth Officer - Liability Generation, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and generating liability for the company.

You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), families, and institutions to provide tailored wealth management solutions that meet their financial objectives while contributing to the firm’s liability generation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to generate liability through wealth management services.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and other key performance metrics.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Serve as a liaison between the firm and clients, ensuring consistent communication and feedback.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and recommend investment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management services.
• Stay updated on market trends and wealth management strategies.

Qualifications

• Required: 5 years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in banking or fintech sectors.
• Proven experience in liability generation and business growth.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial markets, and portfolio management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to clients.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Experience in deposit mobilization, reporting, and client relationship management.
• Proven track record of delivering on business growth targets.
