Job Description
Pathway Asset Management Limited (PAM) is recruiting for the position of Wealth Officer. As a Wealth Officer - Liability Generation, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and generating liability for the company.
You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), families, and institutions to provide tailored wealth management solutions that meet their financial objectives while contributing to the firm’s liability generation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to generate liability through wealth management services.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and other key performance metrics.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Serve as a liaison between the firm and clients, ensuring consistent communication and feedback.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses and recommend investment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management services.
- Stay updated on market trends and wealth management strategies.
Qualifications
- Required: 5 years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in banking or fintech sectors.
- Proven experience in liability generation and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial markets, and portfolio management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
- Experience in deposit mobilization, reporting, and client relationship management.
- Proven track record of delivering on business growth targets.
