Mosra Energy Limited is currently seeking a dynamic Workshop Foreman to join our team in Kogi, Nigeria, on a full-time basis.

Job Brief:

As a Workshop Foreman at Mosra Energy Limited, you'll oversee and direct construction workers to ensure the efficient execution of assigned tasks. Your role is pivotal in maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Develop work schedules for the team.
• Procure necessary equipment and materials.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of workers.
• Ensure high productivity and adherence to deadlines.
• Keep management informed of project progress.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Recruit and train workers as needed.
• Provide feedback and guidance to workers.
• Delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with heavy-duty CAT equipment.
• Familiarity with diagnostic systems.
• Experience with Howo, Earthmoving machines, and Sany brands preferred.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and managerial abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and under pressure.
