Entry Requirements for YSU Postgraduate Programmes

General O'Level Requirements

• Five credit passes, including English and Mathematics

• Three other relevant subjects

Master’s Degree

• Second Class Lower in a related field with 2.5/5.0 CGPA

• Third Class with PGD and Lower Credit CGPA

• Degree from a recognized university approved by YSU Senate

Ph.D. Degree

• Second Class Lower in a related field

• Academic Master’s degree with a minimum of a 'B' grade (60%)

• Strong academic and research capability

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

• Second Class Lower or HND with Lower Credit CGPA

• Third Class may be accepted in relevant fields

How to Apply for YSU Postgraduate Admission

1. Visit the YSU Postgraduate Application Portal.

2. Create an account.

3. Generate RRR and make payment via e-payment or at a bank.

4. Log in with your phone number and RRR.

5. Complete the application form.

6. Print your application slip.

7. Upload required documents (certificates, transcript, birth certificate, local government certificate).
