Xigna provides virtual Mastercard services for online payments and transactions. We do not offer banking services; our virtual cards are exclusively for online purchases.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and protect Xigna, its employees, and associates from losses, damages, costs, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or third-party rights related to your use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

Xigna is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of our Services, even if advised of such possibilities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts for resolving disputes.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and Xigna. If any provision is invalid, it will be adjusted or removed minimally, with remaining provisions intact. Xigna’s failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

Physical Office Cleaning Services

At Xigna Concierge Ent., we are committed to delivering top-tier professional cleaning services at our physical office. The following terms apply:

1. Scope of Services

  • Laundry and dry cleaning
  • Home and industrial cleaning consultations and scheduling
  • Waste disposal coordination
  • Fumigation and pest control services
  • Weed and grass abatement
  • Delivery and pickup for entrusted items

2. Complaint Submission

Report any issues with garments, cleaning results, or entrusted items promptly to allow efficient investigation and resolution.

3. Investigation Timeline

Complaints will be investigated within 3-5 working days, depending on complexity. We appreciate your patience.

4. Resolution

We’ll provide a resolution post-investigation and notify you of the outcome, ensuring transparency and fairness.

5. Counter Confirmation and Receipt Acknowledgment

Present your POS receipt and sign upon pickup. Signing acknowledges items are returned in proper condition and releases Xigna from future claims. Refusal to sign voids liability claims.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due upfront or as agreed at booking
  • Additional charges for urgent or specialized services will be communicated in advance

7. Service Limitations

Xigna is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages to items
  • Damage due to material nature or improper labeling
  • Delays from uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., power outages, natural disasters)

8. Safety and Compliance

For home and industrial cleaning consultations:

  • Provide accurate site details to avoid risks
  • Ensure the site is accessible and safe for our staff
